Number 1.... that the gains will fade and your body texture will not be the same
Bum fades and loses its round shape 🤦♀️😂😂🤣🤣
You would loose so on family time especially during high mileage months
Socialization means Dinners with runners comrades pre dinner.... Comrades aches and pains
That your shopping choices change..... you would shop more running shoes and clothes than your regular handbag nd pair of jeans let alone Tshirts
You would spend so much time at gym that it becomes your second place after work before you go 🏠
Baecation will turn into Runcation... 😜😂🤣Can’t travel unless there’s is a marathon
Sports shops becomes your regular place
Romance means I got us Sani Stagger race entry... Flowers 💐 will be running shoes
Your holidays are influenced by a marathon
Runners becomes friends
Compromised nightlife as you must respect Fridays
fitness is rented ... you can be fit today nd loose it all in few days
No matter how fast you can be.... it is never good enough .... you always chase for better times .... personal records are not permanent records
You also can’t do it alone in as much as it is a solo sport you need support
Running community becomes family and pillar in your running goals
You try other sports code but they never quiet the same
It is addictive, it’s thrilling and best feeling when you see finish line
I always thought through education you go through a self discovering journey.... it was when I ran that I met myself. Running defined me...
Right running shoes, adequate training regime, variation and training program and running group and friends gets your soul to smile.
