Coming from observing left-wing demos for years, here are the four basic types you'll run into. Some can be reasoned with, others can't. Some could with time jump ship to our side, and for some you shouldn't even want that to happen. .
->
1. Fanatics. Organizers and speakers. Willing lie knowingly to advance their cause, so no point reasoning with them, because they don't believe in what they're saying. They just want the spotlight on them and to wield power. Narcissism shrouded into humanism.
2. Posers. Not political to the least, but they want to do what is popular at the moment. They'll switch their position if some other position becomes popular. Can be useful to movements by strengthening their message online.
3. Do-gooders. Genuinely believe in their cause but often sorely misinformed and intentionally misguided and used as footsoldiers by the fanatics. This is the group that can, with time, come to their senses. Don't hate them. They mean well but just don't know better yet.
4. Hooligans. They go wherever there's a chance for rioting or fighting the police. Can and often do jump ship when they get bored, and often they have a background in several very different political groups. Often eco-fascist when redpilled.
In yesterday's BLM demo the green councilwoman Satu Haapanen was a great example of this. When the city council discussed whether the expenses of immigration should be researched, she was willing to go to any lengths and lie to prevent that research from happening.
I talked to one of these yesterday. She was a young woman who clearly had had her head filled with plain lies, and you could tell she was genuinely confused when I set her straight. Since these people are sincere, they can also change their minds.
