The co-author of the proposed measure and PBA partylist Representative Jericho Nograles said there is no need for a Bicameral Conference Committee since “there are no disagreeing provisions.”

According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, the bill passed by the House is still subject to a final review by the President “to ensure that it is compliant with our Constitution.”
