ISS @issafrica publishes an article by @PFabric on #BerberaCorridor, under the sensational title: "Abiy helps Somaliland put more facts on the ground." It is confusing,
not factual and I have a problem with it.

First, why @issafrica should publish such an article without even proofreading for the basics? I am surprised:

My issue is what the title has to do with the content of the article? Did I miss something here? The article is not telling us any shape or form that PM @AbiyAhmedAli, and by extension current #Ethiopian policy, is supporting @Somaliland.
@PFabric argues that Somaliland is developing @CityOfBerbera to make it dispensible to Ethiopia so Ethiopia can recognize @Somaliland as an independent state, which as a cheap argument as not making sense at all. @Somaliland is developing Berbera for the sake of national interest
Everyone, including the Somalilanders, would like to finally have elucidation on the 19% of the Berbera project that Somaliland & DP World ceded to Ethiopia, and the article mentions it as a hearsay. Yet it eludes that on this, Dr @AbiyAhmedAli changed his mind. How, when, where?
The article says that Abiy "has shown no signs of abandoning the Berbera project" but without still showing us any tangible move from PM @AbiyAhmedAli towards or against the Berbera project.

The article mentions the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Dr. @AbiyAhmedAli, is exercising diplomatic skill and that the meeting hosted by him "seems to have borne some fruit". How? Everyone knows that the reality lies in the opposite.
@PFabric concludes: "Somaliland will likely have to settle for de facto, not de jure, independence for a long while" with no proof. Worse, without telling how @AbiyAhmedAli is helping Somaliland. I'm not the only one confused on the base in which ISS accepts submitted articles
Mind you, it is the interest of every Somalilander to see fruitful collaboration & direct engagement of Ethiopian/Somaliland leadership for the benefit of Somaliland-Ethiopia relations, but as of today, that is not visible. We are eager to read @PFabric and @issafrica with facts
