We need sweeping changes. The long train of abuses demand it. Too many deaths demand it. And the protests demand it.
Along with comprehensive reconstruction to address systemic racism, we need federal legislation that allows full prosecution for murder & lynching when police abuse power and kill or act as an accessory to the killing.
