9 reasons why you should consider intermittent fasting

1. It is EASY to practice.

Unlike diets, intermittent fasting doesn’t require you to ONLY eat certain foods.

Rather, it’s "timed eating" & you simply eat within a small time window.

4-8 hour eating window is most common.

Shorter eating window = fewer calories consumed.
2. It saves so much time!

With 20:4, 18:6, 16:8, OMAD...

You will likely only eat 1-2 meals per day instead of 3.

You’re now spending 33-66% less time everyday food prepping.

More time to read a book, spend time with the wife & kids, or go learn a new skill.

It’s amazing.
3. You will gain confidence.

To many, IF seems so difficult when really, it’s not.

After your first successful day, you’ll realize how simple and helpful it is and you will start the next day even more prepared.

It will boost confidence + build your willpower + transform you.
4. It will save you money.

Eating less frequently = less food consumption.

Less food consumption = less frequent trips to the grocery store.

Intermittent fasting indirectly saves you time by lowering shopping frequency + you will spend less on food each time you’re there.
5. It has ASTOUNDING benefits for your body.

Including:

+ Lower chance of type 2 diabetes
+ Reduces inflammation in the body
+ Induces a process known as “autophagy”

6. Gives you the excuse to eat breakfast foods for lunch.

Personally, breakfast foods are my FAVORITE foods to consume.

I often eat lunch and dinner consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.

This could vary from person to person.

But I LOVE breaky foods later in the day...
7. IF is AWESOME for shredding body fat and KEEPING it off.

By eating within 4-8 hour spans, you are highly unlikely to eat over your bodies required calories.

Most often, you will be in a caloric deficit, leading to weight loss.

It's quite effortless to practice!
8. It will leave you more satisfied.

Ever finish dinner & still feel hungry, so you have seconds or find yourself snacking an hour later?

This doesn't happen with IF.

Since the meals you're eating are so large, you will feel satisfied and not CRAVING more food shortly after.
9. More flexibility during evening social outings.

By saving the majority of your food intake until later in the day...

You allow for a higher calorie consumption meal later in the day + you can enjoy a beverage or two w/ friends guilt-free
