A 8 month pregnant cow's mouth blew off when it chewed on the explosive while grazing in the neighbourhood field. Owner Gurdial Singh accused his neighbour Nandlal for feeding country made bomb to cow. Unlike, Kerala Incident, there is no outrage in this

According to @AmarUjalaNews report which was published on 28th May,
Police had registered a case under the Animal Cruelty Act 286. Investigation is on. It's not clear if this was accidentally or intentional.

There was a similar incident in 2017 when Right-Wing accused Muslims of feeding a bomb to a cow. Speaking to Alt News, SP said “The explosive, known as ‘suar maar bomb’ is used by nomadic tribe presently inhabiting the area for hunting wild pigs and are triggered by pressure.."

".. The cow accidentally chewed on the bomb when it was grazing the area, as a result of which it exploded. There is no Muslim or communal angle“, he told Alt News.

A similar incident wherein a cow died after chewing on a similar country bomb in Malvan Taluka in Maharashtra in January 2017.

In June, 2018, A cow died near Mettupalayam biting an avuttukai (Country bomb) while grazing. Country bomb was placed by hunters to catch wild pigs. The cow suffered severe injuries in its face and eventually died. simplicity.in/news-detail.ph…

Similarly in 2019, A cow face was blown off, after it chewed a bomb meant to hunt wild boars in Marchala village of Kalwakurthy mandal. The crude bombs kept in fields by unscrupulous hunters in the hope of killing wild boars.

In March 2018, A huge cache of low intensity bombs were seized frm Pravin Patil. Police seized 292 explosives, known as 'dukar bombs', which are blended with dough or strewn with chicken & thrown in forests. If wild boar eat them, it triggers an explosion, killing it instantly
