i believe in voluntarism

an ism what holds most dearest the

free choice
anytime
everywhere
for and by everyone

or alternatly formulated

everyone its own sovereign

the believe and moral foundation that every human and animal and plant and stone etc. being is or would in the ideal situation, would be the one being who/what decides freely what to do and be, where to go or stay, how to live with whom

as a consequence of my belief in voluntarism respectivly my wish for every being to exercise its very own sovereignity over its very self ...

i imagine an ideal scenario where the human being is able to live together with like wise minded human beings

so the chances are highest for

consensus

all who are present agree

the chances to find a path forwards what suits most everyone

not only a majority of 51 percent

what i see as a most realistic avenue to reach local sovereignity:

the reform of state constitutions towards shifting political powers massivly towards the smallest political unit

every village, town, city-district ... every smallest local political unit should be able to decide in full what rules and laws would be valid
on the territory of this smallest local political unit

every smallest local political unit should be able to write the laws and rules what the people living here and now are willing to live in accordance with

such a reform of state constitutions on a regional and national level might be achieved either

1 ) by the elected representatives in parliaments
2 ) via a peoples vote, a referendum, a peoples initiative

of course there is also a separate avenue to reach such a local sovereignity:

a local community declares its independance from all bonds to any regional state and nation state

a local community cancels its membership to the surrounding regional state and quits being part of the nation state

but instead proclaims itself
self-sustaining and sovereign

where i imagined a future scenario what would allow the swiss national constitution to be changed towards including such a passus

an option for any one of the smallest politicals units, villages/towns/city-districts ... at anytime without condition ... to quit the surrounding regional state and exit the nation state

an option for the local community to declare itself independant and not being part of any regional state and or nation state
and to be respected then onwards as a fully sovereign entity

the beauty of the ...
local community being its own sovereign ...
concept is that it would also allow for even more consequential decentralisation for example in the direction of neighbourhoods

a village/town/city-district what has full political law and rule creation powers and is not dependent nor submissive to a regional state or nation state

such a fully sovereign local community might also be open for a neighbourhood wanting to further localize ...
finally the neighbourhood defining its very own territory

in the same manner i believe in voluntarism and everyone being its own sovereign ... no one being having the moral right to dominate an other being ...

in the very same manner i believe it matters being sovereign in ones own life

i understand the significance of these societal organisation topics towards the interactions of living beings on a wider scale, beyond the human species mental border

every choice
creates ripples
in the planetary sea of life forms
constantly interacting

every time a being chooses to interact with a fellow being, the kindness or un-kindness of such an interaction affects the web of life

the more the human society allows every single one of its human members to freely exercise choices of varying degrees of kindness

the more we human beings allow each others to choose with whom what when where we want to be and do how

the greater might be our chances for lasting and profound understanding of what kind of choices are beneficial both for our individual selves as well as the communities we live in and or visit

the questions over the technical installation what emits radio frequencies radiations

are questions what from my viewpoint ideally are to be asked at the level of local community governing itself:

1 ) do we who live here and now want 5G mobile phone antennas to be installed in our neighbourhoods ?

2 ) if we agree to want these antennas ... what kind of signal strength would we want them to emit ... what should be the maximum of electromagnetic field strength we are willing to tolerate ... what is the maximum of artificial radiations we accept in our local community

other questions in relation to our very own personal health and how our consumer choices are impacting the health of fellow human and animal and plant etc. beings ..

how our consumer choices are impacting the health and purity of the air we breath, the soil what nourishes the plants we eat, the water we drink ...

do we who live here and now want to allow each other impacting the water and soil with pesticides, insecticides, funghicides ?

do we who live here and now want to allow each other to encage animals even when there is enough fertile earth in our territory to nourish all via vegan foods ?

do we who live here and now want to allow each other to kill trees even if there is enough agricultural land available in our territory to grow hemp for heating in the winter and use it for construction of buildings ?

kindness ... gentleness ... is also expressed in the manner of formulating questions
reviewing the questions i just asked, i could do better:

would it be possible for us who live here and now to not use pesticides, insecticides, funghicides so that we would spare our fellow animal and plant neighbours from their harm ?

would it be possible for us who live here and now to allow all fellow animals to live wild and free, to allow all fellow animal neighbours to roam free and let them enjoy their lives because we human beings know how to nourish ourselves with a vegan diet

would it be possible for us who live here and now to respect the forests as a sacred sanctuary space for wildlife where we do not kill trees but instead we heat our homes in winter by burning the hemp stalks we grow on our fields

one major advantage of a local community being sovereign
creating all its laws and rules
would be that the full assembly of all human beings living here and now in this local community
could freely decide how the relationship between the individual and the community would evolve

i believe that taxes are not contributing to the evolution of the human being, mainly because they are based on the regional state as well as the nation state exercising police and military based threats of violence/imprisonment to force the individual to pay taxes

a local community what is fully sovereign
could for example evolve towards an ideal scenario
when the community would not ask or force the individual to contribute this or that amount/percentage of finances
or any other contribution

but instead of demanding taxes of the local residents the community would strive towards the ideal scenario where the wellbeing of all would be aspired
for example with the full assembly of local residents coming together to carefully investigate a possible sharing of land use

instead of demanding from the individual, a progressive community would want to provide the ressources such as land use to its members
a most ideal situation could be the local community being the steward of all agricultural land, a guardian what would provide to everyone

he use of land for personal self-sustaining vegetable gardening and building ones own home

for example a piece of fertile land ... 500 square meters ... being under the stewardship of the local community ... given to the individual resident to use free of conditions

so that the individual could spend its time to build a simple house from clay and hemp stalks, spend its time to cultivate vegetables to nourish oneself ... and as a consequence would truly be sovereign him/her/itself

not depending onto any other fellow human being

and from this position of personal independance based on self-sustaining use of land ... without any taxes or any other contributions asked from the individual ...

the individual member so well supported by a communal providing structure ... would eventually spend its excess

time and energy to assist others in the community who eventually are less talented/skilled/sucessfull in building their own house and or cultivating their self-sustaining vegetable gardens

the main idea here:

once the individual is truly assisted with acess to basic ressources the human existance is built upon
fertile soil,clean water,clean air
without anything demanded from the individual
it/she/he would want to contribute towards the community voluntarily
