Attorney Michael Fuller (@UnderdogLawBlog) says he filed four cases like this over the weekend, including Leggett's complaint Sunday. He says it is still being processed this Monday morning. I've reached out to @PortlandPolice for comment on the complaint but haven't heard back.
I asked Fuller what his advice would be to protesters and protecting themselves: “You need to stay safe. That means not getting involved with looting or rioting or violence, and you need to follow lawful police orders. But on the other hand......⬇️" @KATUNews
