This car is a Panhard Et Levassor which is a 4 cylinder 24 horsepower vehicle. It is thought this was the car used for RM 14.

Panhard was worked hard on the Normanton - Croydon railway from 1922 till the arrival of RM 31 in 1929.
2011 RM14 was taken to Normanton’s for the 120th anniversary celebrations of the Gulflander rail service
