This is ... kind of bad.

Bad for Mac users, bad for PC users, bad for competition.

Here's why:

Your current Mac is based on an x86 CPU. It's the same CPU in just about every Windows PC as well.

x86 CPUs can only directly run x86 code. That's a broad simplification, but that's the gist of it.
All modern Mac software is written for x86. Final Cut. Photoshop. Everything. It's all based on functioning with an x86 processor.

Apple shifting to ARM processors throws all your software in the garbage. All of it. All. Of. It.

I want to apologize to everyone for going dark most of this week.

I can't explain why the protests and everything surrounding it hit me as hard as they did. Maybe there was a lot of this stuff pent up.

Pretty much been constantly angry this week.
It was the murder. The racism. Seeing police officers being themselves. Hearing leaders either cow before them or spout obvious lies.

FFS everything's been live on tape, but they've lied anyway.

Felt like a dam broke.
I've been so tense from it all. Trying to amplify other voices. Trying to find ways to calm down and be normal.

But I haven't felt very entertaining, or very funny.

I felt like if I went on air I'd just start shouting and wouldn't stop.

I rewatched Infinity War.

Peter Quill is the worst human being in the entire Marvel Universe.

Yes, worse than the Red Skull.

And seeing as he's only half human and was raised in space, he really stepped up to bring home that "Worst Human in the Universe" title.
If Guardians 3 doesn't have ten minutes of the entire crew dunking on Quill for being the one that enabled Thanos to kill half the universe then it ain't worth seeing.
And Tony Stark is also terrible, except his fuckup there didn't end half of the universe.

Stark later apologized by dying, which was decent of him.
