@WhoWouldWin13 Both opponents are well trained in Martial Arts, but considering that Catwoman has gone the distance with Batman, who knows 126 different disciplines...I think she'll have H2H combat superiority over Dhalsim, who has a far more limited fighting style. Dhalsim makes up for this
@WhoWouldWin13 With his fiery breath and his ability to stretch like Mr Fantastic, but let's remember, Catwoman has fake artificial claws, a bull whip and a mastery of stealth. She also has peak human strength, capable of lifting about 800 pounds (for a woman her size, that's unearthly).
@WhoWouldWin13 Dhalsim's stretching ability and fiery breathe will throw Catwoman off a bit, it wouldn't be enough for her physicality, fighting style, weapons and stealth to overcome.
