@WhoWouldWin13 One of the things we need to note here is that, while it takes a lot to kill Predator, its impossible to kill Jason. Yes, he can be defeated, but it takes an enormous amount of damage to do so (i.e. obliteration of the body). Jason also heals fast, and even if his body is
@WhoWouldWin13 obliterated, he always regenerates and eventually returns to carry out yet another killing spree (though long before then, Predator would be back on the Hish homeworld impressive female predators with his tale of taking down Jason).

Both opponents are amazingly strong, though
@WhoWouldWin13 Predator is a big larger. Jason can knock a man's head off with a punch, while Predator can rip a man's spinal column out of his body single handedly. Predator will be more physically intimidating, due to his superior size and far, far uglier appearance, but Jason really
@WhoWouldWin13 doesn't fear anything, so the intimidation factor is for nought. However, Predator will have a reach advantage.

Both characters are known for sudden bursts of super speed, though when it comes to Jason, some believe that he actually teleports instead of moving at sudden
@WhoWouldWin13 superspeed. Both are also very stealthy, though Predator's invisibility, combined with his stealthy skills, gives him a bit of an edge here. However, due to his greater mass, Predator is more prone to cause sounds with his footsteps than Jason is (snapping twigs, fallen branches,
@WhoWouldWin13 etc).

Predator has a serious tech advantage over Jason. While Jason uses mostly a machete (sometimes an axe), Predator has a shoulder energy cannon, and an energy gun on his right forearm. Along with this, he had metal weapons that cut like steel, but have almost no weight.
@WhoWouldWin13 He has darts, a retractable spear, a cutting net, computerized bladed boomerang, as well as a helmet that can deflect bullets. He also has claws and mandibles with serious teeth, while Jason's hands and teeth are far less formidable.

Predator has the intelligence advantage
@WhoWouldWin13 by far. Though Jason isn't stupid, Predator comes from a highly advanced alien species, one at least centuries ahead of us when it comes to tech. Thus, it will have far greater knowledge than Jason.

Mental health likewise goes to Predator; while Predators are basically alien
@WhoWouldWin13 trophy hunters, Jason is, for all intents and purposes, a serial killer who left sanity a LONG time ago. This could potentially hinder him in this fight.

Surprisingly, both opponents have something in common; they have been defeated by far less powerful humans. Predators have
@WhoWouldWin13 been killed by soldiers and cops. Jason likewise has been defeated by...teenagers.

Repeat, not soldiers or cops...teenagers.

Untrained teenagers.

That's...a bit embarrassing for someone like Jason. I mean...how can he live it down?
@WhoWouldWin13 This can indicate that Jason is a less formidable threat than Predator.

So...who wins?

Well, when Predator sees Jason getting up, after receiving a wound that would normally kill him...Predator is going to basically do a double take.
@WhoWouldWin13 He's going to do even more so when he lands another lethal blow, say from an energy blast or wrist blades.
@WhoWouldWin13 This will surprised him...but not necessarily much so. After all, being a interstellar species, the Hish aliens have no doubt encountered other species that have similar regenerative abilities. However, I doubt they have encountered beings that were indestructible like Jason,
@WhoWouldWin13 unless it was a super soldier designed by an alien species to be so or nearly so. Its quite possible that they indeed have encountered rapid healers and regenerators and have developed strategies to deal with such creatures. Predator may utilize such a strategy in this case.
@WhoWouldWin13 However, if this gets into close quarters...well, considering Jason's regenerative capabilities...he could potentially land a kill shot after Predator thinks it has landed a kill shot.

If Predator is wounded enough, or thinks it is in a "no-win" situation, then it may use
@WhoWouldWin13 its self defense mechanism, causing an explosion that could indeed obliterate both Jason and itself. However, Jason might wise up to the countdown on Predator's wrist device and teleport away to safety.

However, considering that it requires more formidable humans to defeat
@WhoWouldWin13 predator than to defeat Jason, that Predator has a tech (as well as projectile) advantage (and weaponry advantage as a whole), intelligence factor, and the ability to jack up Jason's body in a way that would take him a long time to regenerate (a combo of energy shots and bladed
@WhoWouldWin13 weapons utilized together to make burning mince meat out of the hocky mask horror), I have to conclude that...
@WhoWouldWin13 PREDATOR SENDS JASON TO THE PENALTY BOX!!!!!!!!!
