Even though COVID triggered 100,000+ small biz closures & bankruptcies ballooning, we’re NOW seeing small business optimism is UP on pent up demand linked to states re-opening.
This has left many wondering if markets look like the pandemic never happened or if they’re forgetting 21 million Americans are still out of work.
The answer is NO.

The pandemic & its economic impact are still very much here — Along with the $2T in stimulus & the Fed “doing whatever it takes” to help markets, CARES Act providing expanded benefits to those on unemployment, so they ARE still spending & some jobs are returning with re-opening.
Economically speaking, things ARE better than they were March/April. We’ve gone from complete shut down to gradual re-opening, with monster stimulus & ZERO interest rates enticing borrowing.
