𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 & 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
This thread is where I am going to speak my heart out.I had a conversation with some wonderful women from our fraternity and I feel its vital to share everything here.Its unbiased & if you find it worthy,please #retweet & encourage.

𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟲 was the yr when SENSEX was formed.From the pits to now everything being digitized everything has changed in our stock markets except 1-The disproportionate ratio of males vs females in our profession!Ever wondered how the small proportion of these courageous women feel?

The number of 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 women traders has been less than 15K/renowned broker which although is rising steadily bt is still very low.I tried to dig in a lill by speaking to some well known female personalities from fraternity who have a profound impact & here is what they say:

Starting with @RajarshitaS.She has been uploading some wonderful charts for her followers but I have personally observed how envious minds go to the extent of harassing her.When I asked her what possible barricades are laid down for women traders here is what she had to say:

'Firstly, becz of gender biased socio norms persists not many women are allowed to go to work also for the taboo which stock market owns (its speculation widely known) as Gambling profession restricts many women to persue their career as a trader. One should make women aware that

they possess certain traits which are naturally suited to trading/investing.Women are perfectly capable of taking reasonable risks without losing control.Occupational segregation and gender salary gaps exists.'
Well,I completely agree with her on this as I have observed same.

Now,lets dissect the most important traits require for being a good trader:Hard work+IQ+High EQ+Risk management.According to Hive,women work 10% harder than men & as per US researches they have more EQ & risk management capcaities & yet as a society we always underestimate them.

Another funny part is when men show their manlihood on SM by abusing these women traders.I mean what sort of nurturing has been given to you pals.Wondering why they don't respond rather block?Here is the answer to it :
They will generally abstain from indulging in fights on SM .

They would rather indulge in a 1on1 intellectual debate with someone else of their own caliber, but quietly,and only if that helps them truly satisfy their curiosity.And what kind of man brags his macho traits by abusing women!I pity. Next I talked to another wonderful trader:

@SunandaJain2 . I am surprised that the entire world is running behind flashy profits instead of learning from really experienced people like Sunanda. Did you ever bother to know since when she has been trading & what is her biggest weapon when it comes to trading?
Well lets hear

'I have been trader since 1998.Have seen all the ups and downs of the market and the 2008 incidence is still very clear in my mind'
Yes in this male dominant profession there ar 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 women traders who haven't got spot,why coz they don't show off.She further told

'Friends and family said it was gambling and still say that.I love the stress that goes with trading keeps my adrenaline pumping.1 thing that is very imp is the stop losses that is entered In The system,it prepares you as soon as you take the trade of the loss that is possible'

Ironically if the same things were being said by a glam boy of SM,you would have easily paid him 40-50K just because of the flashy gains!Even Sunanda mentioned that she is on twitter to learn.
That's highest form of humility which honestly(includes me)misses in lot of males!

I didn't want this to be biased hence asked 2 more people from industry.
@AditiYagnikCNBC :Another wonderful analyst who works hard & leaves no stone unturned to encourage female traders on Twitter. I just wanted to know what happens behind the scenes in terms of opportunities.

She told about the dearth of opportunities being handed despite the equality in opportunity fad being preached of.
She said 'Our society believes that risk handling is better done by men and cast less opportunities to women. Work places have hv a minimal delegation for them'

What that means is that we 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 are simply judging their ability by their gender in work place too!
Someone pls tell them about Indra Nooyi,Sheryl Sandberg,Kiran Mazumdar & many.
Women already fight several battles,lets not make it tough for them guys

And finally I came across another trader @Shekhawat_1002 who took criticsm just like the above traders and did not tie herself to the age old traditions and biases.She said
'I had started CA because when I was in 11th stream my teacher made fun of me not knowing full form of "CA"

I started trading because few of my friends said girl can never become successful trader all they can become is a anchor at some business channel.Both the achievement in my life has come from criticism of others.'
Again a women had to cross several hurdles but proved herself.

Now here is my take about women:
-They are strict about their goals.
-Whenever they get the opportunity they perform more well then anyone else.
-They Are multi-tasking and can manage several things in a better way.
But,for that we 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻,fathers,brothers & husbands need

to encourage them,motivate them & always stand by them.If they are giving knowledge for FREE on SM,atleast respect them & fight when handful of lunatics come to harass them.Raise voice when they are being mocked or jokes about them are cracked. Help them to evolve and I know u

must be wondering why AK is supporting them because they 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 it.If the same thing was written by a women,u would have said :Victim card khela.I know first time someone from oppos gender has written a big thread in support of these wonderful beings but why should we

wait for something bad to express our support?I know they are not perfect nor our we.I too have done several mistakes.
Let's make it a pt to respect them,help them & most importantly 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘 in them because WOMEN are the largest untapped reservoir of talent in the world.
