Michelle Silvertino, the CamSur native who died in Pasay City after waiting for a ride home for 5 days & stayed at a footbridge, was already set to be driven to her province on the day after she died, the Pasay local government said in a statement.

Here are the highlights:
-After Pasay LGU personnel "chanced upon" Michelle at the footbridge on June 4 & informed the mayor's office, her travel pass was processed & rapid test scheduled on June 5. Through Office of VP @lenirobredo Michelle was approved to travel to CamSur on June 6 w/a prepared vehicle
--Michelle's employers told police they drove her to Pasay and seeing no bus trips, offered a ride back to Antipolo, but Michelle insisted on staying in Pasay to wait for a bus.
-Pasay Traffic & Parking Management Office, which monitors city streets, said they did not see Michelle from May 31 to June 4. She could have been moving from one place to another, the TPMO said.
-Michelle had "normal" body temperature & vital signs when checked by Pasay rescue personnel on June 1 after being seen by police at the footbridge.

She was "observed to be very tired". Offered to go to the hospital, she refused. Rescue personnel asked her to sign a waiver.
Pasay DRRMO sent people to later check on Michelle but could not find her.
-Report from Pasay Public Cemetery & Crematorium said Michelle's remains brought to them on June 7 (2 days after she died) was "already bloated", "had a very foul smell".
-Body was buried in Pasay Cemetery rather than cremated "to avoid whatever health risks" on crematorium personnel & people in vicinity.

-Per Pasay City General Hospital, where Michelle was brought, no swab test was done on the body due to absence of a required RITM form
-Michelle's sister Josie was at the hospital & opted for direct burial of Michelle's body because of its condition, with their mother & other siblings agreeing to the decision.

-Hospital bills & cemetery services were provided for by Pasay LGU.
- Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano promised to extend assistance to Michelle's relativesR
Rubiano: When initial information about this incident reached me, I immediately directed my staff to seek the names, contact numbers and whereabouts of the relatives of Michelle. I likewise contacted (Rep.) Gabriel "Gabby" Hidalgo Bordado, Jr., who is also of Calabanga, CamSur
