Then there's Warwick Salvatore. Elite hunter, bored out of his mind. Loves a good bet &a real challenge. Arrogant, dangerous, surprisingly noble. Literally powered by dying stars. Probably braver than you.

This book goes from a lighthearted competition and intensive monster hunting to fake dating in order to please toxic family in no time at all, and just when you think you've got your balance, the monsters come back.

Kestral's family are an interesting bunch. Conniving, power hungry, self serving. As Kestral's use to them fades, she must face the fact that blood does not guarantee loyalty.

Kestral's personal style is very comfort-oriented. She likes to be able to move if she needs to and doesn't like being cold. For someone who usually wears black for work to hide the blood, she wears a lot of light colors when she can get away with it.

Warwick's personal style is pretty clean-cut. He likes to be able to go most anywhere so he prefers business casual, but often in dark shades. He's very fond of his mysterious badass reputation so he leans into that.
