Thread: According to the @courierjournal the @LMPD & @KYFOP614 seem to be engaged in a MASSIVE coverup of the events surrounding Breonna Taylor's murder on March 13th.

A motion filed in court by her family's legal team on June 9th alleges the following:

The no-knock warrant filed by Det. Joshua Jaynes (pictured) with Circuit Court Judge Mary Shaw included:

- The 3 defendants (Myles Cosgrove, Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison)
- Ofc. Josh Doerr
- Ofc. Michael Campbell
- Ofc. Michael King
- Det. Tony James
- Hankison’s drug dog

- The officers were in plainclothes

- They did *not* identify themselves according to at least 12 witnesses

- Hankison fired 20 rounds from outside into Breonna’s apt and also shot through a neighbor’s home

- Officers had been assigned body cams but they were not turned on

- Breonna's boyfriend Kenneth Walker still didn't know that it was the police who had shot Breonna when he called 9-1-1

-Over 120 officers were dispatched by the @LMPD to Breonna’s home over the course of the night

- 3 months later the @LMPD has *still* not produced the defendants’ cell phones and computers for forensics analysis for location data, messages etc.

- The defendants are still be paid their full salary, remotely

The @courierjournal is suing the @LMPD seeking immediate release of their investigative file on Breonna Taylor’s murder (bit.ly/30BAY0Z)

Instead the public received a mostly blank 4-page incident report, citing her injuries as “none.”
