Dr. Israr agreed with Iqbal view.
They supported Republican form of Government (not Khilafat).

Dr. Israr further argued against Khilafat & said that it is not possible at all;
After making case of Republican system, he clarifies further that various forms of government are permissible in Islam because no framework of government is given in Quran o Sunnah.
He said, khilafah is not a binding on us. We can learn for system in USA.
He pointed out 3 thongs if incorporated in any system then it makes it Islamic.
He explained that Court will decide which rule is as per Quran o sunnah as court is custodian of constitution.
He said, Multi-party system is necessary.
At last he clarifies which articles of constitution needs to be changed & this system is he called as Khilafat in Pakistan.
