Depression isn’t quiet, it’s loud. It’s loud enough if you want to hear it. The person who is suffering isn’t being a victim, he is unable to feel that he will ever be happy again. He has lost hope. He isn’t sad or angry, he is dead on the inside. #SushantSinghRajput
When a depressed person says he doesn’t want to wake up because sleeping feels better. It’s sad and not something that should be held against him. I have been through that and got called moody and names for feeling that way. Not all wounds show on the body. #SushantSinghRajput
