Pointing out hypocrisy is fine. But this kind of critique only works under the assumption that broad racial humor isn't just tasteless, it's immoral. Effectively, Blacks are a sacred people who can't be mocked.
Are you equally outraged over comical depictions of Russians or Muslims on late-night TV? Never heard you express outrage.
Conservatives of an earlier era enjoyed broad racial humor (even if they wouldn't have cared for Howard Stern). Part of the transformation of their values was placing a taboo on making fun of Blacks. The "N Word" became so unspeakable, it now resembles the Hebraic name of God.
So what you are really saying is that conservatives are more dutiful servants of PC culture than liberals. They see humor like the Stern clip above as evil, while the liberals are careless and crass and only perfunctorily go through the motions.
PC operates, not just through "liberal elites" setting down rules, but dutiful masses obeying them—indeed, internalizing the morality inherent to them. You apparently think you're "winning" by presenting conservatives as more compliant cattle than liberals in this system. Sad.
