He attended a seminar by Israeli police where he was impressed at their focus on diversity and respect.

Bigots from Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow call him a liar, too.

Israel-haters tell us she's a liar and she REALLY learned how to brutally kill black people.

Simple question: Is calling Israel a Nazi state antisemitic?

It obviously is, as it is meant to portray JEWS as Nazis with delicious irony. No one calls Syria a Nazi state.

Most unfair criticism of Israel is the same - it is thinly veiled criticism of Jews. "Zionists own Congress and the media." Come on.

@PeterBeinart So where do you draw the line? that's exactly what @TheIHRA definition does, which your friends at @jstreetdotorg disagree so strongly with. Even though it says EXPLICITLY that criticism of Israel similar to criticism of all other states is NOT antisemitic.

I must be dumb. I don't understand how publishing an op-ed calling for the government to bring in the military to help stop riots puts black @nytimes employees in danger.

I'm not supporting the idea. I just don't get the logic.

@nytimes First of all...it is an op-ed. It isn't an actual decision. Bringing up the topic for discussion isn't endangering anyone, is it? 2/
@nytimes Secondly, even if the government would bring in the Army, the Army has much more discipline - and a higher percentage of black officers - than police departments. I would think that it could only help. Most police outrages are from lack of discipline. 3/
