The world has become an ideological purity test that is impossible to pass, because even when you think you've passed it, somebody will find something you did in the past and say "well, you failed, because you said something that we didn't care about at the time but we do now".
In addition, what is the point of the never-ending Ideological Purity Test anyway? Atheists don't believe in the afterlife and liberals don't care about law and order, only anarchy, so by default there shouldn't be one, but there is. It's a hypocritical position.
Another doublethink is the fact that they claim to want everybody to be equal, but look at the Soyviet Union, that place clearly has a leader despite the claims that there are no leaders. It's the warlord blue check guy, he's the leader. And some people get special treatment.
If anything, it's not anarchy at all, it's actually a controlled opposition force. There's no such thing as anarchy. It's all manipulated. You all meet up in order to accomplish a goal, and that takes planning, effort and people. Real anarchy is an unplanned flash mob.
The Ideological Purity Test(TM) is a lie anyway because True Equality(TM) cannot and will not exist. It is an impossible goal. If you were to remove the economy, then trade for services would exist instead - and I'm not going to trade for plumbing services from a carpenter, am I?
Even if you were to institute the True Equality(TM) policy in Western Civilization, the rest of the world simply won't do that unless you either invade or convince them. Other countries will not do this. It is a pipe dream, again, something impossible. The dam would break.
I've always found True Equality(TM) to be a meme, people are just doing the best they can with the hand they've been dealt. However, trying to force True Equality(TM) makes things more unequal, because everybody wants something different, not the same thing.
It cannot exist because you want everybody to be treated the same while also demanding special treatment, meaning that there is no winnable solution. Because there is no win condition, then anything suggested or done will make the situation worse. Law of unintended consequences.
Just been thinking about how stupid the world is getting and why people are getting annoyed and angry at the situation - nobody can actually win it, that's why. It can only get worse until the fighting stops, because the only way to win is to not play.
But naturally, people are going to continue playing - especially in the age of social media - because they want to win. Which is a Chinese finger trap. And nobody has anything better to do because of the two-way trap of "lockdowns" vs. "protests".
I don't know where I'm going with this so I'll just stop there.
