THREADETTE: DOJ filed response to Gleeson's amicus. This footnote is interesting. DOJ says 25 pages of documents are "relevant" to discretionary decision to dismiss case, but that they don't support "broad allegations of prosecutorial misconduct." 1/ 
2/ Notice the framing "broad allegations." But can the DOJ at least admit that it was prosecutorial misconduct to withhold the documents? Does the DOJ admit it violated Sullivan's order to turn over all material exculpatory evidence?
3/ No reasonable person could concluded those documents were not material. Yet DOJ framed as if provided just to justify it's decision. This is complete B.S. There WAS prosecutorial misconduct & U.S. attorney's office blurring question is just more of same.
4/4 You don't rehabilitate your reputation by obscuring, justifying, or downplaying misconduct. Fine, say that all of @SidneyPowell1 claims of misconduct aren't accurate, but for gosh sake admit material evidence wrongly w/held and that is wrong & won't be tolerated. END
