Several GOP senators — Rubio, Gardner, Rick Scott, Risch, to name a few — spearheaded the unanimous Senate passage of the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act last month. It also passed the House a few weeks ago, 413-1.

Trump has yet to sign it into law.
UPDATE — literally a minute after I sent this tweet, Trump signed the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act into law, per the White House.
In signing statement, Trump says he will treat as “advisory and non‑binding” a section of the bill “to the extent that it interferes with the President's conduct of diplomacy.”
