In the article you reference “WeCare Centers” (parent co), which appears to be this group (below).
On Easter they show a tweet with one Senior with a mask over the chin and another without a mask - not the best look for a healthcare organization!

Looking further, the website is registered by Proxy - a way to maintain anonymity for domain ownership.

The Logo in the “coming soon” photo seems to align with WeCare Centers... so who knows.
However, since there is little-to-no info on the group, I ran by address and find a hit for “Diamond Hill Operator LLC” and a point of contact.

When I look up the POC’s profile, it lists “Vita Healthcare Group” and “Concordia Properties” - I thought maybe Vita would be a nursing home RE company, but their own description says otherwise... listing “... services”.
Incidentally, Vita Healthcare Group’s own website lists “Diamond Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center” as theirs, and the address matches.

... its sounds like, one way or another, there are people yanking some chains with this whole ordeal.
Might get some better answers by asking the company that lists it on their website than the “anonymous” website with 2 employees on LinkedIn.

Not bad, but rather modest for Mr. Netzer, seeing as he’s a principle of a Nursing Home Company with several locations across at least 3 states, has a RE company, a medical supply company with locations in at least 3 states (specializing in Medicare/caid supplies), etc.
I’m counting ~ 10 companies under this cat’s name...
Maybe there is something else going on here - maybe you should ask some questions and snoop around a bit more @jbsapien & @thejoesexton.

Looks like the same company owned this one in PA - sounds like a pattern of poor service, to me.

... but I’d suggest it’s a worthwhile lead that I’m handing you, bc the younger “Michael Netzer” works for Winrock, which is makes matters even more interesting.
Winrock is the Arkansas NGO - heavily linked with Clintons - heavily funded by State Dept & UN Swamps.

... to be clear, these represent “leads” and info that starts to raise more & more questions.
I haven’t confirmed who the correct “Michael” is; an odd set of circumstances that need a harder look.
