Tulsa announced a last-minute curfew last night which will run through Saturday, preventing people — fans and protestors alike — from surrounding the area where Trump will hold his rally.
Sen. Lankford (R-OK) says the campaign has it under control and details the precautions being taken: urging attendees to get tested, providing hand sanitizers and masks, doing temperature checks, and giving the option of the indoor or outdoor event — or just staying home.
Oklahoma State Sen. Matthews this morning:

The Oklahoma Supreme Court will issue a decision today on whether the rally should be delayed or held in accordance with social distancing guidelines and health measures.
Oklahoma Gov. Stitt is excited for the rally, saying the state has been "safely reopening."
