This is to reinforce the American ban on cloning and human experimentation, but also guarantees the future rights of super-soldier, lab-grown, all forms of clones, gemods [genetically modified], mutant, hybrid-half-breed [human with another species DNA], and test tube humans.

Definition Clause of Humankind: Humans are defined by their DNA and normally on average 46 chromosones, the lack of said chromosones or the addition creates mutations. Humans are identified by said DNA markers and chromosones. (This document will require the full secure
unalterable data on a wide-array of humankind DNA to prove and show all gene markers shown currently.) Humanity will be defined by a self-awareness, which is even present in the womb. Humanity will be defined up to a tenth percentage of human DNA present, and even further past
tenth percentage with individual human DNA markers. It will also protect cybernetically and biologically enhanced humans, meaning a large percentage of their body has been replaced by cybernetic or biological technology. Gemods [Genetically Modified] are protected even if a large
percentage of their DNA is no longer human. Hybrids are humans, who are part human and other species by reproductive means, and are protected by their human ancestory. Mutants are humans whose DNA displays abnormal markers or abilities that are not present in normal human DNA.
[This will protect Aphroditic [hermaphrodite] humans only the grounds that it is a reproductive mutation, but it will not protect thm in the moral sexual arguments that pertain to religious authorities. So this has no bearing on the moral argument of GLBT argument on morality,
nor will it protect them in such actions, it only protects their rights as a human being.] Clones are copies of any form of humanity regardless of gender, age, or race. However, they are not fully "pure" copies of the host donor of the DNA, so they are unique in their own ways.
Personality...a clone even in a fully replicated environment and downloaded memories will often not react in the exact way of the host donor...so they are considered a unique person. Also even if cloned in one of three ways reproductive, artificial, and xerox...they will be
considered unique persons. Reproductive clones are usually born through in-utero transplantation. Because of micro-chimerism, genetic swapping, and blood barrier transfer between mother [surrogate] and the unborn clone, on a genetic level it is not a "pure" clone. But they are
considered clones from the start. Artificial Clones are "pure" clones grown in hermetically sterile environments in technology considered "cloning vats" or "artificial wombs." These clones must be given the most protection since they are mass production capable. Also the use of
memory downloads can create the illusion that they are all one personality. So they can be most vulnerable to enslavement or use as cannon fodder soldiers. Xerox clones are exact replicated copies of the host DNA at the exact time and age, via a high technology machine capable of
copying a human in exactness.
I was very naive when I wrote this down years ago. Probably I was a bit too Sci-Fi dazzled when writing this, but my father and I had had some unusual theological discussions on salvation and cloning. Its kind of dated by everything going on today.
