This is the problem with Westferry Printworks story, lots of interesting stuff but none explain the original decision
But why would you set up a private company, pay fees to do so, have to do admin work unless there was financial benefit to it?
He was an MP during 3/4 of work

Also interesting that his London house not currently listed on the register of MP interests, only his other home, though it and the company had been listed in previous years?
Is that allowed or are there special exemptions? but as so easy to find from public records why omit?
