So, Barr wouldn’t need to fire Berman to obstruct justice.
He would need to fire him if his investigations were getting too close to something.

Berman needs to testify to Congress.
Dems need to find some way to engage independent counsel and get them read in on whatever Berman is investigating.
Not sure if that’s possible but we can’t have a Mueller Redux. Investigations quietly killed in the dark.
