1/7 COULD THE MASTERMIND BE THE KEY TO BRINGING EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TO ONLINE CLASSES?

I've been delivering project management training for 10+ years. Last week was my first time to do it online.

Feedback was good, but something was missing.
2/ I personally learn best when I immediately use what I learn. This is why my PM training is centered around tools instead of concepts
3/ Both for corporation and student organizations (my outreach), I'd spend minimal time explaining, and spend most of the training on hands-on usage of the PM tools. Markers, post-its and Manila paper FTW. I couldn't figure out how to do this online.
4/ Last month, I experimented with a mash-up between Zettelkasten and the Mastermind, two processes that had a huge impact on how I work. The participants loved the experience. However, I couldn't see how to execute its organization long-term.
5/ The Mastermind is deceptively simple. It is straightforward to organize, but it addresses many subtle points in how to deliberately design motivation and zoom out of ones ego cage. medium.com/life-tactics/h…
6/ My gut feel is that it could also work for learning. In an online setting, the key role of the teacher would be to select groups based on timezone, and provide an agenda. I'd modify our classic one to the following:
7/7 Project Management is THE tool in the last mile of my idea-to-reality production stack. I'm excited to mash it up with the Mastermind. Sign-up here if you want to be part of beta v2 of this training docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…
