(1,5) I have been blessed to be a dad of 2 kids. Today, I will spend a quiet Fathers Day with my son Jesse and my family. We will get through the day as we always do, as a family. However, we cannot ignore that this will be our 3rd Fathers Day without Jaime and that my family 
(2,5) was devastated by gun violence and that Jaime will not physically be with us. Our life has changed so much since she has been gone. This year alone I missed getting to teach Jaime to drive, throwing her a sweet 16, and harassing a likely boyfriend. She missed the
(3,5) coronavirus pandemic. Getting through this has required the help of many and I am thankful for the many amazing people we have in our life. Jaime, with you on my shoulders I wrote my book about it called "Find The Helpers."
(4,5) Today will be a quiet family day. Jesse and I will definitely do one of our favorite things and that is to go for a nice long drive in the convertible. Tomorrow, I go back to fighting for justice for Jaime and all victims of gun violence.
