Here are my 30 rules on leadership in no certain order.
1.Be deliberate. Have a plan.
2.Be open and communicate often
4.Make the tough decision
5.Don’t wait on human resource issues. They will not go away.
6.Wait for the best.
7.Celebrate all wins.
8.Learn from the losses.
9.If you are not failing, you are not pushing the boundaries.
10.Mange your time. See Rule 1.
11.Learn to say no. Use it regularly.
12.Be passionate. Inspire others to be passionate.
13.Have a moonshot. Work towards it.
14.Hold a high standard for others. Hold a higher one for yourself.
15.When people work, they get paid. Pay people what they are worth.
16.Keep mission and goals in mind all the time.
17.Set clear expectations and road maps for staff.
18.Take time to recharge. Treat yo self.
19.Be open to new ideas. From anywhere.
20.Write down your word. Live by it. Base it on improving a weakness.
21.Create a culture of playfulness and innovation.
22.Get good people. Build them to be great people.
23.Give yourself the capacity to lead.
24.Know thyself. Mange your weaknesses. Flip them when you can. Play to your strengths.
25.Lead well and follow better.
26.Leaderships is first and foremost about people
27.Destroy “this is the way we have always done it” whenever possible.
28.Things work or they don’t.
29.Easier to resist and set on right course at beginning. Start is everything.
30.Apologize.
31. Pull others up with you
32. Don’t stop with diversity, work towards inclusion. Celebrate the mosaic of humanity.
33. Be easy on people on hard on ideas

The bacteria was collected at Axial Volcano on the Juan de Fuca Ridge off the coast of Washington and Oregon.

The Guinness Book of World Records has an entry for biggest male-female difference: the deep-sea angler fish, also known as the giant sea devil. #deepsea
Females of the largest species, Krøyer's deep sea angler fish, Ceratias holboelli, reach 1.2 m (3.9 ft) in length. Males, by contrast, are much smaller, reaching 14 cm (5.5 in)
The female is about 500,000 times heavier than the male.
