This is so damn concerning. When Norma Lester served on the Shelby County, TN election commission, she once found an employee of voting machine vendor ES&S alone in the county’s tabulation room on election night. Talk about “being in the room where it happens.” @OversightDems 1/

A few years later, ES&S was still servicing & maintaining Shelby County’s voting system when Commissioner @benniejsmith’s review of precinct poll tapes showed that votes were vanishing from predominantly black precincts, as reported in Bloomberg here. 3/ bloomberg.com/features/2016-…

ES&S was also the voting machine vendor whose machines in the dead of night deleted 6k votes from the total for @DonSiegelman, AL’s last Democratic Governor, costing him the race. Karl Rove’s client seized the ballots b4 they cld be recounted & illegally certified the result. 6/
