4. I’m looking for examples that got media coverage of private citizens who cancelled someone and then got counter-cancelled by the public in return. DMs are open if you don’t want to share publicly.

5. So, I thought I found a good piece to share about the Karlos Dillard trainwreck but then I looked up the author, who I was unfamiliar with, and they were once involved with their own trainwreck that led to a Twitter suspension. 🤦🏻‍♀️

7. Wow, I just got around to downloading what is supposedly all the content that Dillard uploaded to Instagram about his “Karen” moment. There are 80 files. 80. This man is not well.

I am planning to pick this up tomorrow though not sure I’ll be able to thread tomorrow night. The research has been more disturbing than other investigations I’ve done and I hit a wall last night and just couldn’t look at any more of this stuff. 😣

I'm not going to have time to get to my longer Karlos Dillard thread for a few days but wanted to make sure people see this now. Tonight, a follower sent me this clip he made (next tweet).

10. In a 90 min 6/15/20 video on Karlos Dillard's YouTube channel titled "Buying White Claws While Black", he & husband, Kris Dillard, say they "lay traps for racism" by lying to targets, including claiming that targets called them the 'n' word. This is abuse called gaslighting.

"Sometimes, black folks, we do be makin' up shit just to catch off and then just to catch y’all in this. Just to catch you, just because I didn’t personally see your racism, I’ve already seen through you. …”

13. I cannot stress how disgusting this case is. I usually try to stay away from words that are too pejorative but I’ve never seen such a naked display of abusive, narcissism, sadistic behavior in a claimed “living while black” video.

14. Karlos and Kris Dillard make a mockery of genuine cases of racist speech and behavior by manufacturing incidents of “racism” for pleasure, personal gain, and entertainment.

15. This should serve as a warning to everyone to be careful whose voices you elevate when you don’t know the full story. I hope that if anyone reading this has shared the original video from Instagram or the clip he tweeted that you’ve deleted it & apologized to your followers.

16. I haven’t had time to watch the full video so I don’t know what else is in it, but you can watch it here, at least until Karlos decides to remove it, like he has with other social media posts. The clip in tweet #10 starts at 35:22.
