PS/ Know what the *best* part is? Besides not actually knowing what "source" means in or out of reportage—e.g., the difference between a media source and percipient witness—when you cite a media source like the NYT to them, they'll reply, "You call *that* a reliable source? 🤣!"
PS2/ So don't ever feel you need to cite *me personally* as a source. If you're citing one of my books, it *means* you're citing a major-media investigative report from the NYT, WSJ, Washington Post, and so on. If whoever you're talking to won't accept *those* sources? Walk away.
PS3/ People who criticize the Proof series—besides universally being those who haven't *read* any of it—invariably not only prove (no pun intended) they haven't read the series within seconds, but *also* that they don't even understand what the books *are*: curatorial journalism.
PS4/ There are people out there I've nothing to do with—and who I don't trust whatsoever—who claim to be reporters and aren't; they self-assert as reporters (i.e. *media sources*) with access to *percipient witnesses*. That has nothing to do with me or anything I'm interested in.
PS5/ So I beg you, if you like this feed—which is just a loose, impassioned, occasionally snarky adjunct to the deadly serious *journalism* (curatorial journalism) in my books—*please* tell people who say "Seth Abramson is your source? 🤣!" that no, my *sources* are your sources.

PS7/ Case-in-point: to the idiot below, one might say "No—Abramson's a curatorial journalist. His sources are the NYT, WSJ, WP, and other major-media outlets with a proven track record. Do you reject those sources?" When they say "yes"—they will—walk away.
PS8/ Some folks imply instead that my feed is opinion—that I haven't authored a trilogy of trade-press books with 12,000 major-media citations, I'm not an experienced litigator, I haven't been a journalist since I was 17. I think these can just be ignored.
PS9/ I know it's inside baseball to raise this stuff, I just so regularly see readers of this feed engaged by far-right people—or simply apolitical people—online, and the attacks are so lazy and stupid and beside the point of anything I do or this feed does that it's frustrating.
