Unreal. Sacramento passed a ballot measure that will move to strike this language from the state constitution: "California shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin."
You see, this anti-discriminatory language is an obstacle to those who want to pursue sexual, racial, and demographic discrimination. But benignly, as defined by those in power. The good ones, of course. Who will always be in power, presumably.
