based on the location I was able to figure out who Farage was most likely meeting with

There was a Florida company registered to that address "1st Tuesday Corp" opengovus.com/florida-corpor…

The person listed as President of 1st Tuesday Corp is Gerry Gunster of Gunster Strategies who had worked with Farage on Brexit under the companies previous name Goddard Gunster

Gunster has filed FARA for his work on behalf of the Pakistan Peoples Party, but there is nothing for Farage and nothing for "1st Tuesday Corp"

(lobbyist only need to file FARA for lobbying the US, not for lobbying elsewhere as I understand it)

Looking at the reports for 1st Tuesday it has multiple officers who also work for Gunster Strategies as well
