I've seen a link claiming to prove that exit polls show that Sanders was cheated, I've decided to debunk at least one of those stories

Strike 1 here is the link under the data that is supposed to go to the polling data

the author claimed it was a link to the Massachusetts data but instead goes to South Carolina

just sloppy

look back at the citation he says he took it from the exit poll on CNN at 8PM

a check of the pdf data shows he took it at 8:05

if you open the pdf it says the last time the exit poll was updated was at 7:44 PM

16 min before polls close, remember anyone in line at 7:59 can still vote

Looking back at his table he is calculating how much each candidate out/under performed their exit poll data

Now remember he used the data from 7:44, the actual exit poll was updated last at 10:16 on 3/3 edition.cnn.com/election/2020/…

The final data looks like this, Biden had 33.5% of the vote meaning the exit poll was almost dead on for him

I have checked both the NYTimes and CNN publishing of the same poll and neither has the combined total data for vote, you would have to reverse engineer their data model to get it

the exit poll in question was produced by Edison Research for the "National Election Pool"

as far as I can tell the raw data was never published to the public, only the NEP

The authored used early exit poll data, didn't have access to the raw data and the actual exit poll was updated again after that point at 10:16, it would be almost another hour, 11:11 that CNN would call it for Biden
