6/ We're talking about "remote-first" and not "remote-only", which means we want to acknowledge and address both the pros and cons of going remote and take things really slow.
7/ I understand we itch to be out and around people and even I'm done with being stuck at home.
But with covid cases being #1 in Delhi and rising and no sight of vaccine, doing that's now impossible to do without risking your or your co-workers safety.

8/ Once vaccine is out, corona is conquered and you're more out and about in your personal life, you'll see your mood and emotions also change about remote.

Lots of work ahead to make this into a success!
But personally, I'm very excited about the decision as our cities are crumbling, polluted and overcrowded and commuting for hours is a waste of life.
