Nature put the testes outside the body in the scrotum because sperm production requires lower temperature than the body.
Sperm production occurs at around (34ºC) which is (2.5-3ºC) below normal body temperature @aproko_doctor
You may be increasing the temperature in the testes by
1. Wearing tight underwear/shorts for a prolonged period
2. Staying long in a hot tub
3. Sitting for too long
4. Frequently putting laptop on your thighs instead of desk for prolonged period in certain positions.
etc
This can increase the temperature to about (35ºC) or more.
The effect of overheating may includes
Poor sperm production
DNA damage
Low sperm count
Poor movement which can reduce the ability of sperm to reach an egg to ferlitize it
