Look at DOJ's brief filed yesterday, asking SCOTUS to gut the entire Affordable Care Act. Now look at the 2 prior DOJ Affordable Care Act briefs filed by the same Office, during Obama. The longtime career Deputy Solicitor General Ed Kneedler, is *missing* from Trump's. 1/2 
Kneedler is the most experienced Supreme Ct advocate alive, having argued close to 150 cases. He is as nonpolitical as anyone anywhere & is considered the conscience of that Office. I certainly have never worked with someone finer (and he gave me a tough time lots). Where is he?
While I'm at it, also note that no other agencies (like Health and Human Services) signed this brief, again, unlike the 2 prior briefs. Embarrassing.
