Mean while pt had recurrent VT required multiple DC version,ECHO - RWMA in LAD territory Trop I - significantly elevated
Pt was immediately taken for primary PCI with coronary angio as below
LAD - mid 100% major Om - 100%
LAD - mid 100% major Om - 100%
Pt underwent sucessful PTCA to LAD As well as major OM
