5. Today's "deadline" wasn't… really… a deadline? Teams can continue to add to their roster for the entirety of the season, either from within the org or via free agency (though all FA signings will be immediately added to 60, and then be subject to rules #1-2)

- For players to be put on COVID-19 IL, a positive test is NOT REQUIRED. Exhibiting symptoms or presumed +tests count, and count toward "outbreak (or whatever)" numbers also.
