To the surprise of no one, @molmccann hit the nail on the head. I'd add that this is the perfect example of completely misleading and dishonest reporting by @adamgoldmanNYT and his cronies at the #FailingNewYorkTimes.

Thread - 1/7
For instance, they downplay the breathtaking nature of the disclosures from the Jensen investigation, saying that the experienced prosecutor and former FBI agent "scoured F.B.I. files in search of anything that could be construed as so-called Brady material." UFB!

2/7
These revelations showed that the FBI was trying to lay a trap to make it seem like Gen. Flynn lied so they could "prosecute him or get him fired." They showed FBI employees doctoring a FBI report. They showed that the entire investigation was a farce.

3/7
They cite Judge Sullivan's December opinion denying the Brady motion but they refused to point out that the evidence provided months later vindicated our position and @SidneyPowell1's assertions in that motion.

4/7
A real investigative journalist would have easily discovered that assertions made by former prosecutor Van Grack ended up being inaccurate. @Techno_Fog was certainly able to discovery that when the government filed its motion to dismiss.

5/7
But maybe holding the #FailedNewYorkTimes (I like @molmccann's accurate description) to the standard of a real inventive wiz like @Techno_Fog is simply not fair; that requires reading, work, and tireless research.

6/7
Instead, the @nytimes simply repeats partisan talking points, like the political hacks they have become, hoping that its readers will mindlessly believe half-truths and outright lies. The article is an embarrassment to a once-great newspaper. Sad!
