Maxine never 'blamed it on Jews' - and to be clear Israel do undertake police training for US Police - in fact other Jewish groups in the USA have called this out.

Dozens of US Police Departments HAVE BEEN TRAINED in "Krav Maga" exchange trips to Israel.

An element of training can for some Krav Maga courses do include a neck kneeling technique.

But perhaps Israel don't train that to US police - but Maxine wasn't totally wrong.
