It's interesting that @neal_katyal is positioning himself as a voice for human rights while simultaneously representing @Nestle in the Supreme Court, arguing the company shouldn't be held responsible for exploiting child slave labor in the Ivory Coast to lower the cost of cocoa

It's worth noting that this was not the position of the Obama administration OR the Trump administration at the outset. But the Trump administration reversed their position to benefit companies like Nestle and Katyal is on board.
Some people are asking if @neal_katyal REALLY represents @Nestle in this case. Yes, he does.
