McEnany claims "there are in fact dissenting opinions."

That would mean majority IC opinion concluded otherwise!
2. WaPo reported:

“disturbing intelligence—which the CIA was tasked with reviewing, and later confirmed"

“By the end of the process...the intelligence community was confident in its assessment.”

3. CNN reported the US took "some efforts at protecting US forces because of the intelligence.”

That also indicates significant confidence in the intelligence assessment.

National Security Advisor O’Brien admits:

Pentagon made tactical changes with U.S. forces in light of intelligence information.

US intelligence agencies shared with Coalition Forces so they could also change force protection tactics.

And POTUS was unaware?!
2. Would also confirm my suspicion.

If the USG informed Coalition partners just last week about the threat so that they could adjust force protection....

It means there’s an ONGOING threat from #RussianBounty operation while Trump is burying his head in sand calling it a hoax.
3. O'Brien misrepresents what CIA Director said in her statement

Haspel very conspicuously did NOT say intelligence shared with coalition partners on #RussianBounty was raw and unverified

NYT comes back with even more specifics and they’re more damning:

“American officials provided a written briefing in late February to President Trump laying out their conclusion that a Russian military intelligence unit offered and paid bounties...”

“One of the officials said the item appeared in Mr. Trump’s brief in late February; the other cited Feb. 27, specifically.”
3. Intelligence assessment of #RussiaBounty “was also seen as serious and solid enough to disseminate more broadly across the intelligence community in a May 4 article in the CIA’s World Intelligence Review” (The Wire)
