In 2016, Wade bragged he didn't need papers to refresh his memory—then "couldn't remember" the most basic facts of his case.

Here are 3 dozen more details he didn't remember, bringing the total to 80+ in one depo.

• Didn't remember when or where Joy told him that his dad said not to tell anyone he was sleeping in MJ's room.

• Didn't remember how Joy responded to his dad's request about not telling anyone, or if he even asked her.

• Didn't remember if Joy had ever asked him if he had showered with Michael Jackson or any related questions.

• Didn't remember specifics of what he denied when asked in the 1993-94 investigation, other than not being abused.

• Didn't remember if he asked Joy (post-2012) whether he was believable or not when defending MJ.

• Didn't remember when he first learned Joy knew MJ would allegedly change him after wetting the bed.

• Didn't remember if he ever woke up during these bed-wetting incidents.

• Didn't remember if he cried during the memorial service in 2009 or who he sat with.

• Didn't remember what medications he was prescribed by 1st doctor or if what they were for.

• Didn't remember if he truly felt he wasn't ready to direct a studio film in 2011 when begging estate for for Cirque job.

• Didn't remember if he looked for any other therapist beyond Dr. Shaw (his 3rd one) or who recommended Dr. Shaw to his sister.

• Didn't remember if he had stopped working completely when he started seeing Dr. Shaw, or if he was still engaged in MJ Cirque conversations.

• Didn't remember if anyone from his family ever told him that his dad thought he might be abused—prior to May 2012, post-allegations.

• Didn't remember at when his aunt first suggested his dad's suicide was partly contributed over fears Wade had been abused (after May 2012—Wade also never read dad's suicide note).

• Didn't remember what preceded his abuse story during his session w/ Dr. Shaw on May 8, 2012.

• Didn't remember how long into the session his allegations came up or what specifically he told Dr. Shaw.

At this point, Finaldi objected to any more time deposing Wade and the session concluded.

The estate still had "plenty of things" they wanted to ask Wade. He had given one prior depo in 2014.
