1. IC leaks intel that fits pre-existing @DNC narrative

2. Media echoes

3. Candidate uses it, “suddenly” appears stronger on his weak points.

With @HillaryClinton, the game was to direct attention away from her natsec violations and the foreign cash flowing to the Clinton Foundation.

“Russian collusion” put @realDonaldTrump on defense on those issues.

Today, @JoeBiden/@TheDemocrats are trying to pull focus from ...

... Barr/Durham, and @JoeBiden’s mental acuity making him unsuitable as commander-in-chief.

So they bring out Gen. Mattis and Gen. Kelly to say the same about @realDonaldTrump.

Then an IC leak “substantiates” their attacks.

Now, @JoeBiden puts on his CiC act.
